IG Winery & Tasting Room Tenant Improvements

IG Winery and Tasting Room sought Watson Engineering’s assistance when they decided to make improvements to their facility. To separate the winery and distillery area from the restaurant and public area, a new firewall and exterior building upgrades were required. Additionally, they created an outdoor patio area so patrons could enjoy wine outdoors. Watson performed impact testing and materials testing throughout construction as these building improvements were undertaken. One of the biggest challenges during this project was verifying and calculating parking requirements to obtain the necessary building permits and Watson’s familiarity with the area and City staff helped expedite this entire process.
